  • The short answer is yes! We service all makes and models (see our list of most commonly served vehicles). There may be some exceptions, but the best option if you are unsure is to call us at (847) 648-9257.

  • We are currently open Monday – Friday from 7 am – 5pm.

  • Yes, you can. We have a secure key drop off located on the front of our building.

  • Absolutely! Having a vehicle repair done outside of the dealer does not void the warranty on your vehicle, either. This is a common misconception. Dealerships are required by law to honor your warranty according to the Federal Trade Commission.

    There are a few cases where a dealer may be the best option:

    • Recalls

    • Supplemental Restraint Systems (think seat belts & airbags).

    • If your vehicle is still under warranty, dealerships will often honor bigger ticket repairs up to a certain point

  • All of our parts are either the same or better quality than what you might get at the dealer. In many cases, shops will utilize cheaper parts without telling their customers in an attempt to offer a lower price. Unfortunately, these parts are not always quality. We spend a lot of time getting the best prices on quality parts so that we can offer you a repair that you trust at a competitive price.
